Slide 66: one of a collection of lantern slides shown at Clondalkin branch library c 1910. Description given in booklet: Kefer Kenna is reached by a long descent from the Nazareth hill. There are two other places which dispute the honour of being the locality of the first miracle, but their sites do not fit in with the description given by New Testament writers, and it is now generally conceded that the place before us is the true Cana of Galilee – the scene of the famous marriage feast – now merely a collection of ruins.en_IE
