DMP letter relating to the discovery of a number of half-proclamations in Liberty Hall

Bottom half of an original copy of the Proclamation of the Irish Republic. When the British Army arrived in Liberty Hall after its bombardment,in their eagerness to take home a souvenir, they attempted to print their own run of "lower halves". This is an example - the print is unreadable in places due to the patchy inking of the press.
