Description: Dramatic account of the shipwreck of the 200 ton sailing vessel 'Lady Nelson' on 14th October 1809 off the Skelligs, Co. Kerry whilst on a voyage from Oporto to Liverpool with a substantial cargo of port wine. Twenty five people perished in this tragic disaster including Captain Bernard Wade's wife and daughter and only 2 crew survived.
