| Description: | Black and white photograph of a property in the Quaker village of Ballitore, Co. Kildare from a unique collection of 68 photographic slides presumed to have been taken in the 1960’s by an unknown photographer. The original slide had a hand written alphanumeric BF1 on it. The photo depicts a young man standing against a wall of a property with loose tiles, whilst a young woman walks towards a man standing at signs showing 8 miles to Athy, 17½ miles to Naas and also Castledermot. Correlation may be found by examining this image in conjunction with the survey sheets of properties in Ballitore 1969 hosted on SOURCE under Quaker Documents and three annotated Ordnance Survey maps (1907 – 1908) of Ballitore under Quaker Maps.
