Description: | Several views of armoured car Slievenamon. She was one of thirteen 920 pattern Armoured Rolls Royce cars by the Irish Free State from the British after the Anglo-Irish Treaty of December 1921. It was part of the convoy that was attacked at Beal na Bláth, resulting in the killing of Michael Collins. It was restored and is currently on display at the Curragh Military Museum. |
