Description: Two newspaper cuttings of Ireland's biggest Easter Egg: Mr. Thomas Headon, managaing director. Umey Chocolates Ltd., with Lady Killanin, President, I.S.P.C.C., admiring the biggest Easter egg ever made in Ireland. Holding the egg, which is the gift of Urney to the Society, are Mr. Headon’s daughters Mary and Barbara. It is three feet five inches tall, and filled with more than 20 different sorts of sweets and chocolates. Its weight is a secret and the society is to organise a weight-guessing contest; whoever guesses the weight of the egg will get it and its contents as a prize.
