Fr. Joseph Ryan has spent most of his life in Terenure College, where he taught junior students. He arrived at the College in 1954, and in 1964, he went to the Carmelite Priory in Whitefriars Street. In 1985, he was appointed Irish Provincial and he moved to the Priory in Kildare in 1991. Six years later he returned to Terenure. Fr. Ryan is a native of Kildare, and in this recording he recalls his teaching days, the changes which have occurred in the College, and his great devotion to the Carmelite Order.en_IE
