Description: Detached three-bay single-storey with attic house, c.1910, now used as a store building for a construction company. Random coursed granite rubble walls with red brick quoins and opening surrounds, and rendered base course. Timber casement windows with granite sills and lintels. Gable-fronted timber-framed entrance porch. Pitched slate roof with two red brick chimney stacks and terracotta ridge tiles. Set within modern industrial yard.
