Description: | Detached five-bay four-storey over basement former oil mill, c.1825. Limestone rubble basement and ground floor walls with ashlar quoins and brick relieving arches, brick walls above with iron ties. Stone eaves course below pitched slate roof. Granite sills to openings, now mostly blocked. Later vehicular entrance to gable end below trace of former abutting building. Now in use as engineering workshop. |
