Description: Detached three-bay single-storey building, c.1815, now in use as a Chinese restaurant. uPVC windows set into recessed blind segmental arches. Timber panelled door with fanlight. Roughcast rendered walls with smooth rendered base course and flush cut-stone quoins. Central flat valley within U-shaped pitched slate roof, terminating in double gable front. Roughcast rendered chimney stacks. Extension to rere of property.
