Description: Semi-detached three-bay single-storey house, c.1790, now in use as an office. Roughcast rendered walls with smooth rendered base course. Replacement timber tongue and groove door. Replacement timber sash windows. Pair of windows in gable end with plain drip mouldings. Pitched slate roof with plain terra-cotta ridge tiles. Slightly raised gable end to north with chimney stack. Shared chimney stack to south.
