Description: Detached three-bay two-storey former lock keeper's house c.1820, now in use as a private house. Roughcast rendered walls, rendered, ruled and lined to gable end, with stone string course. uPVC casement windows. Replacement timber panelled door set into flat-roofed porch extension. Pitched slate roof with rendered chimney stack. Extension to rere of property.
