Description: A glebe house, built between 1790 and 1820, located in Rathfarnham. Ashfield House, later known as Brookvale, was the residence of Sir William Cusac Smith, Baron of the Exchequer, in the early part of the 20th century. Between 1841 and 1913 it was home to the Tottenham family. Later Brooks of Brooks Thomas, LTD occupied the premises.
