Description: | Detached former gate lodge, c.1780, built in the form of a triumphal arch, with flanking quadrant screen walls. Currently unused. Ashlar granite walls with engaged Doric columns, corner pilasters and engaged square columns, niches, full classical entablature and balustraded parapet having urns. Pair of doors under main arch. Cast- and wrought-iron gates. Banded ashlar granite to screen walls with terminating piers. |
