Description: Formerly semi-detached four-bay single-storey former schoolhouse, c.1820, now used as a parish centre. Roughcast rendered walls with cut stone dressings. Chamfered stone reveals to openings. Leaded timber casement windows. Timber tongue and groove door in four-centred archway to gabled breakfront. Pitched slate roof with cut stone coping to breakfront gable.
