Description: DSC__2313; 2393-2407: Rathfarmham graveyard and ruin of medieval church of St Peter and Paul, built in some in 1212, later rebuilt in stone, which was then used for Anglican worship until 1795 when the Anglican parishioners moved to a nearby church in Rathfarnham village. Around the church is a graveyard containing among others the grave of Captain James Kelly, of the IRB, an Old Fenian involved in the Fenian Rising of 1867 who died on 8th March 1915; George Grierson, died 28 August 1821, his wife Charlotte, daughter Constantia Letitia, son Charles Loftus Burch, Maria Hester, Constantia; Marie Therese Mahon who died on 3rd September 2001 aged 76; James J. Kelly and wife, died 1954 and 1960 respectively.
