Description: | Detached five-bay single-storey former farm cottage, c.1850, now in use as a house. Roughcast rendered walls with timber casement windows. Pitched slate and concrete tile roof with gable coping and two rendered chimney stacks. Single-storey extension to the east. Large concrete barn to south with segmental corrugated roof, now in use as a painting studio. Cast-iron pedestrian entrance gate. Cast-iron water pump with raised manufacturers' logo facing street, with low mass concrete boundary wall. |
