dc.descriptionOral history interview. Kit Brady, Age 81, Saggart. Subject: Memories of a worker at Swiftbrook Paper Mills. Kit Brady grew up at Mill Road Cottages, where he still lives today. He speaks about his father who began his working days breaking stones for the County Council. He later worked in forestry and then in Swiftbrook Paper Mills. Kit was one of ten children, all of whom worked for the paper mills. Kit recalls the management, the workers and the machinery.
