Description: Oral history interview. Eddie Power, Age 56, Tallaght. Subject: A taxi driver's memories. Eddie Power went to school at St James's Drimnagh. He became a member of the Boy Scouts. He speaks of his experience with the organisation. He worked at Premier Dairies for eight years and in his seventies he worked as a taxi driver. He gives a great account of the ups and downs experienced by taxi drivers at that time. He also recalls the entertainment to be enjoyed and the great ballad pubs of the seventies and eighties. The length of this recording is fifty eight minutes and twenty one seconds.
