Description: A snowy winter scene of O'Connell Bridge and Sackville Street with electric trams operating and Nelson's Pillar in the far distance. Chancellor and Son's Clock Factory which built the famous four faced clock on Rathmines Town Hall is identifiable on Bachelor's Walk. Before being powered by electricity, they were known locally as 'the Four Faced Liar' because they often showed different times.
