Description: Black and white photograph of a whitewashed gable end of a premises in the Quaker village of Ballitore, Co. Kildare from a unique collection of 68 photographic slides presumed to have been taken in the 1960’s by an unknown photographer. Another house with vans parked outside is also visible. The original slide had a hand written alphanumeric BA1 on it. Correlation may be found by examining this image in conjunction with the survey sheets of properties in Ballitore 1969 hosted on SOURCE under Quaker Documents and three annotated Ordnance Survey maps (1907 – 1908) of Ballitore under Quaker Maps. Part of an academic project by the students and staff of the School of Architecture, DIT Bolton Street.
