Cur Síos: Note: Since the NIAH recorded this structure it has since been demolished. The site is now occupied by the Esker Manor Apartment Block. Detached seven-bay two-storey house, c.1860, now derelict. Roughcast rendered finish with breeze-blocked windows. Some timber casement windows to the first floor. Projecting single-storey porch to the centre bay. Half-hipped slate roof with rendered chimney stacks. Roughcast rendered boundary walls with rendered, ruled and lined gate piers having caps bearing remains of house name. Cast-iron pedestrian gate. Rere extension with pitched slate roof and chimney stack to gable end. Range of stone rubble outbuildings to rere and east. House possibly originally single-storey and earlier.
