Description: | Detached five-bay two-storey former house, c.1830, now derelict. Full-height projecting bow to rere. Roughcast rendered walls with raised cut-stone quoins and projecting granite string course to ground floor. Smooth rendered walls to east and west elevations. Dummy windows with granite sills. Dummy timber door in elaborate doorcase with paired Ionic columns having angular capitals to each side, and remains of three-centre arched fanlight. Hipped slate roof with roughcast rendered chimney stacks. |
