Description: Detached three-bay two-storey farm house, c.1880. Beige brick walls with red brick quoins and timber cornice. Roughcast rendering to sides. Timber sash windows with stone sills and red brick dressings. Timber panelled door with segmental-headed glazed timber surround and red brick dressings. Hipped slate roof with perforated cresting and red brick chimney stacks.
