Title: Bottom half of an original copy of the Proclamation of the Irish Republic. When the British Army arrived in Liberty Hall after its bombardment,in their eagerness to take home a souvenir, they attempted to print their own run of "lower halves". This is an example - the print is unreadable in places due to the patchy inking of the press.
