Description: Two typewritten orders headed "Army of the Irish Republic, Dublin Command" dated 25th of April 1916 with signature of James Connolly. One addressed to Lieutenant Trainor [sic]. Presumed to be Lieutenant Oscar Traynor. Letter ends with "Proud to hear of the stand you are making". The other addressed to the Officer in Command of Henry Street (Frank Henderson) ordering the erecting of barricades, occupation of houses and when to shoot.
